Hiring a sushi chef, looking for long-term cooperation, one person, sushi/sashimi is minimal. Mostly rolls. Typically 3-4 orders a day. Simple work. No plating required. Work hours: 9 PM off on weekdays, 10 PM on weekends, 12 PM on Sundays, 9 PM off. One day off per week. Single room accommodation.
