Job responsibilities: Responsible for all sushi production at the sushi station, including sashimi, rolls, nigiri, etc. Maintain cleanliness at the sushi station and strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare ingredients, cut fish, manage ingredient inventory. Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete daily orders.
