Job responsibilities: Responsible for all sushi bar products, including sashimi, rolls, nigiri, etc. Maintain cleanliness of the sushi bar, strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare ingredients, cut fish, manage ingredient inventory. Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete daily orders. Salary: Starting at $5,200 per month (negotiable based on experience).
